We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Wholesale Orders

• Free Express Shipping on wholesale orders over $500 CAD (before tax).
• Wholesale orders under $500 will be charged a shipping fee based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Express shipping typically delivers within 1–3 business days, depending on your province. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Grassfed Naturals is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns – Wholesale Orders

We value our retail partners and aim to provide a seamless wholesale experience. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any issues with your order—such as damaged products, missing items, or incorrect fulfillment—must be reported upon receipt by emailing wholesale@grassfednaturals.ca with your order number and supporting photos.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wholesale items unless they are defective or shipped in error. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
